The filing for Federal Registration of the HighBridge marks for Trademark & Service mark status is a big step in the establishment of our Brand and development of Brand recognition. Our thanks to Image Bay / Fuzzy Duck Marketing for bringing the HighBridge brand to life through its design and artwork. HighBridge is also now able to “show the world” the look of its product labeling and design. The “faux Beer” packaging design accents the high quality, premium message that the HighBridge brand represents. HighBridge Founder James Hunter further spoke to product development and company growth. “The last rendition of our faux Beer had all the qualities we were looking for: an excellent flavor profile; head and effervescence associated with beer; aroma, and the look of a quality

premium beer. Infused with 10 mg of THC, and all accomplished with a “zero alcohol” process. Formulas for our 10 mg infused energy drink, “The Happy Can” are expected to be ready within 3-5 weeks. We are rightfully proud of the rapid growth of HighBridge and can now move on to the packaging and distribution phase. And though much remains to be done, a “soft launch” in California is targeted for the pre-holiday season.”
